Refund policy

1. 损坏或有缺陷的产品 / Damaged or Defective Products

如果您收到的产品出现损坏或质量问题,请在收到货后7个工作日内,通过页面右下角的聊天框联系我们客服。

If any product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service via the chat box at the bottom right within 7 working days of receipt.

请提供您的订单编号、受影响产品的照片以及相关物流信息,我们会尽快为您处理。

Please provide your order number, photos of the affected product(s), and shipping details. We will assist you as soon as possible.

2. 可申请退款的情况 / Valid Reasons for Refund

  • 收到的产品损坏或存在质量缺陷 / The product(s) received is damaged or defective.
  • 收到的产品与您实际订购的不符 / The product(s) received is different from what you ordered.

3. 不可申请退款的情况 / Not Eligible for Refund

  • 个人口味偏好或不合理的投诉 / Personal taste preferences or unreasonable complaints.
  • 因个人原因导致产品损坏 / Products damaged due to personal factors.
  • 清仓特价商品、促销品或赠品 / Clearance, special-offer items, or free gifts.
  • 订单确认并付款后,因个人原因要求取消或退款 / Cancellation or refund requests due to personal reasons after the order is confirmed and paid.

4. 退还政策说明 / Return Policy

  • 不接受实体退货。 所有符合条件的申请仅以店铺积分/储值形式退款,不支持现金退款或退回货物。
  • Does not accept physical returns. All eligible refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds or product returns are available.

5. 退款方式 / Refund Method

  • 符合条件的退款,我们会在审核通过后3个工作日内,以等值店铺积分/储值的形式退回您的账户。
  • Eligible refunds will be credited to your account in the form of equivalent store credit within 3 working days after approval.

6. 其他说明 / Other Terms

  • 超过收到货后7个工作日提出的退款申请将不予受理。
  • Caomue 草木间保留拒绝不符合政策规定的退款请求的权利,并有权在必要时修改或取消订单。
  • Refund requests made after 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted.

 Caomue reserves the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet the policy guidelines, and to amend or cancel orders when necessary.
